Square Foot price discount available when you buy at least 100 sq. ft. of living space. For every 100 sq. ft. you buy of a Kitchen, Bedroom or Living Space paint job, you will receive up to 100 sq. ft. of bathroom at 22% off per square foot!  This discount will be applied automatically. 

Ceilings, Walls And Trim including two doors painted to complete coverage. This price does not reflect the cost for crown-molding. If your space has crown molding, please be sure to add the Crown Molding Add-on to your cart with the same square footage as each room in question. 

Your home will be left better than we find it following this meticulously planned approach to bathroom painting. Expect a flawless finish from ceiling to baseboard with a durable application that will last. 

IMPORTANT! - For a complete and accurate price, be sure to enter the total square footage of the floorspace, for all included closets, in the quantity field. for the complete price. Services are performed in the State of Rhode Island only.

Please be sure you familiarize yourself with these terms and restrictions before checking out. 

• Price includes all products and materials. Brands are selected based on the unique application requirements and the superiority of each product to provide the best, most long lasting outcome.  This is non-negotiable at this price. 
• Deep base color tones may require change orders due to the additional coats necessary for coverage. Colors that typically apply to this restriction are reds, yellows and oranges that closely resemble the primary color. These colors do not typically cover in two coats and some may even require specially tinted primer just to obtain complete coverage in under 5 top coats! 
• Repairs requiring joint tape are not included.
• Scraping, excessive cleaning or sanding is not included. 
• Closet interiors are not included.
• There will be an additional cost if the trim and doors are currently oil based paint. 
• Doors, such as French-styled doors, with windows/lights are not included - an additional fee will apply. 
• Does not include the coating of any non-standard substrates such as tile, stone, brick, glass, plastic, metal and bare wood.
