Per Interior Door

Cost reflects price per complete interior door being painted to uniform coverage on 4 sides ( front and rear faces and two sides).  All doors will be scuff sanded with a HEPA vacuum prior to being painted. 

Add casing for $25 each. 

Please be sure not to include a door or casing that is already accounted for within the price of a standard room selection. 

Important Notes 
Please be sure you familiarize yourself with these terms and restrictions before checking out. 

• Door should be paint-ready, not needing any primer. +$15 change order for each door needing primer. 
• Price includes all products and materials. Brands are selected based on the unique application requirements and the superiority of each product to provide the best, most long lasting outcome.  This is non-negotiable at this price. 
• Deep base color tones may require change orders due to the additional coats necessary for coverage. Colors that typically apply to this restriction are reds, yellows and oranges that closely resemble the primary color. These colors do not typically cover in two coats and some may even require specially tinted primer just to obtain complete coverage in under 5 top coats! 
  
• Closet interiors are not included.
• There will be an additional cost if the trim and doors are currently oil based paint. (+$15)
  
• Does not include the coating of any non-standard substrates such as tile, stone, brick, glass, plastic, metal and bare wood. 
• No sanding of doors or casings painted before 1979.
